Double rotor crushing

Working principle of crushing sand making machine
The device mainly consists of a body, a crushing plate, an upper rotor, a lower rotor, a swing hammer, a rotating driving device, a screen, etc. During operation, the two rotors rotate relatively, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are first struck and broken by the hammer head on the first rotor and then coll with the second rotor after obtaining kinetic energy. Since the second rotor is in the opposite direction to the incoming materials, the striking speed of the second rotor to the materials at this time equal to the superposition of the two speeds. The materials are broken after such multiple cycles of striking and then discharged through the gaps of the screen bars.
