Working principle
The main working principle of CS5X impact crusher is to make use of the impact force of the hammer and the mutual impact force between materials to achieve the crushing effect. After the crusher starts to operate, the material falls into the crushing range of the Rotor and the board hammer from the counter-blow inlet, the board hammer rotates at high speed driven by the rotor, and the material in the crushing chamber is crushed by impact, and the stone material is thrown to the counter-blow lining board, it is bounced back to the crushing zone of the hammer by the rebounding force of the lining plate, the large stone is broken repeatedly in this way, the stones of the size of the discharge are discharged from the discharge hole, the stones of the size of the discharge remain in the crushing chamber.
