The single-chamber hammer crusher is a device used for crushing.

Large pieces of material enter the crushing chamber and are stacked on the specially designed intermediate frame inside the machine. The hammer head runs through the gaps of the intermediate support frame, continuously crushing large pieces of material and causing them to fall. The small pieces that have fallen further crushed by the high-speed operation of the hammer head and become finer. Finally, after being sorted and qualified by the arc-shaped sieve plate, they are discharged

Working principle of hammer crusher

The single-chamber hammer crusher is a kind of hammer crusher which crushes the ore mainly by the strong impact of the crusher hammer on ore in the upper cavity, the impact of the ore on the counter liner and the collision of the ore. After the ore is fed into the feed port of the crusher by-duty feeding equipment (such as the speed-adjustable plate feeder), it falls into the crushing cavity between the two high-speed rotating rotors driven by the V-belt, and is crushed preliminarily by the impact of the hammer. After primary crushing, the material is further crushed again between the rotor and the counter plate in the process downward movement, and then is divided by the counter plate and enters two mutually symmetrical discharge areas respectively, and then is discharged by the lower crushing cavity formed by the rotor.
