Introduction of PC HAMMER crusher
A rod mill is a mill in which the grinding media are steel rods. The rod mill is generally of the wet overflow type and can be used a primary open-circuit grinding mill. It is widely used in artificial sand, ore dressing plants, chemical plants, and power departments for primary grinding. The mill is mainly composed a motor, a main reducer, a transmission part, a cylinder part, a main bearing, a slow transmission part, a feed part, an exit part, a ring seal a thin oil lubrication station, a large and small gear jet lubrication, and a foundation part. The main reducer is a parallel shaft with a hard tooth surface. The mill is connected to a small gear through a reducer and an asynchronous motor, which directly drives the surrounding large gear to decelerate and rotate, driving the rotating part to. The cylinder is equipped with appropriate grinding media - steel rods. The grinding media are subjected to centrifugal force and friction force. The material to be ground is continuously fed into inside of the cylinder from the feed part and is crushed by the moving grinding media. The product is discharged from the machine through overflow and continuous feeding force, and then the next process is carried out.

Uniform particle size and wide range of applications
The technology of controllable feed and discharge rod mill is adopted, combined with the actual grinding material, the appropriate body is matched, the grinding medium and the ore are in line contact, which makes the particle size of the discharge more uniform and the production higher, and it can be suitable forres with different hardness.
The particle size of the discharge can be adjusted.
The built-in fineness control device can change the particle size of the discharge by simple adjustment. discharge can be equipped with a sieving device to ensure that there is no over-grinding and no unqualified products are mixed into the finished product.
Low power consumption, large processing capacity
It saves more than 40% power than old equipment, with less coarse large particles and mud. When used for coarse, the rod mill has a larger processing capacity than the ball mill of the same specification.

The rod mill has two forms: dry and wet. The wet rod mill can be divided into overflow type rod mill open type rod mill and peripheral type rod mill according to the discharge mode. Users can make a choice according to their own actual situation.
Working principle of hammer crusher
The function of grinding media: Inside the rod mill is equipped with appropriate grinding media - steel rods. These steel rods, under the action of centrifug force and friction, continuously impact and grind the material, thus achieving the purpose of crushing and grinding.
The motion of the cylinder: The rod mill is driven by an as motor, and the cylinder is connected by a reducer and gears to rotate or swing. This motion makes the material inside the cylinder continuously subjected to grinding, and finally achieves the desired effect.
The feeding of materials: The material to be ground is continuously fed into the inside of the cylinder from the feeding part. Inside the cylinder, the material fully contacts the grinding media, and after multiple impacts and friction, gradually achieves the purpose of crushing and grinding.
