Working principle of crushing sand making machine
VSI vertical shaft impact sand making machine is crushed by the high-speed movement of materials and the friction between materials. It is fed by the central and the drop and central feeding. Materials fall into the feeding chute of the sand making machine and enter the high-speed rotating throwing wheel through the central feeding hole. In throwing wheel, it is rapidly accelerated, and its acceleration can reach tens of times of the acceleration of gravity. Then it is ejected from the throwing wheel at high speed. It coll with another part of the material that rebounds and falls freely. Then it impacts the material lining (stone hitting stone) or the counter block (stone hitting iron) together. It collides with the materials emitted from the blade channel to form a continuous material curtain.
