The cement raw material ball mill is mainly used for the grinding of raw materials in cement plants, and is also suitable for power, metallurgy, chemical and other and mining enterprises to grind various ores and other grindable materials. The equipment can grind materials into fine powder to meet different production needs.
The machine adopts an integrated structure of the body and the base frame. It can be hoisted on the foundation plane at one time during installation, and the operation maintenance work is simpler. The equipment has no inertial impact, runs smoothly, reduces the shutdown and maintenance time of the mill, and improves efficiency.
The main bearings adopt large-diameter double-row self-aligning roller bearings instead of the original sliding bearings, which reduce friction and can reduce energy consumption by30%, improve fineness, and increase processing energy by 15%-20%.
The vulnerable parts are cast with steel which is wear-resistant, the hollow shaft is a cast steel piece, and the liner is detachable; the large gear cast and then hobbed, and the inner body of the cylinder is inlaid with wear-resistant lining plate with good wear resistance, which can make the service life of the longer.
Install smoke dust filtration system, dust and noise reduction equipment, control dust and noise pollution within the standard range, and at the same time adopt grease spindle lubric, avoid heavy metal pollution, and fully achieve green and environmental production standards.
This ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with gear drive at the outer edge, two chambers, and grate-type ball mill. It consists main parts such as the feed part, discharge part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control), etc. Materials are evenly fed the first chamber of the mill through the spiral of the feed device via the hollow shaft, where there are step liners or corrugated liners, and it is equipped with specifications of steel balls. The rotation of the cylinder produces centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls, exerting heavy impact and grinding effects the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, the materials pass through a single-layer partition plate into the second chamber, which is lined with flat liners and contains steel, further grinding the materials. The powdery matter is discharged through the discharge grate, completing the grinding work.
