Working principle

The characteristics of the screen cooler are that the cold air used for cooling the clinker is supplied by a special fan. The clinker is spread on the screen a certain thickness and moves forward continuously with the movement of the screen. The cold air flows vertically upward through the layer of material from below the screen, which is perpendicular to the of motion of the clinker, so the thermal efficiency is high. The cooling speed of the vibrating screen cooler is fast, and the clinker can be cooled to 6~120℃ in 5~10min, which is conducive to improving the quality of the clinker.
