Working Principle

Main structure: The main frame part, eccentric shaft rotation part, crushing chamber working part, safety device, discharge port adjustment device and other parts.

1, the frame part: by the side panel, front box components, rear box welds, etc.

2, eccentric shaft rotation part: mainly by the moving jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, pulley and other components. It's a major part of the transmission of power.

3. The working part of the crushing chamber: mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, moving jaw plate, side lining plate, protection plate, etc., which is the working part of the crushing material.

4, safety device: composed of elbow plate, elbow plate seat, spring, spring rod, etc., is the crusher in the abnormal circumstances of the insurance role of the parts.

5, discharge port adjustment device: the device is used to adjust the size of the discharge port, control the discharge particle size. It is mainly composed of adjusting fixed skew block, adjusting sliding skew block, top wire bolt and sliding block locking rod.
