Vertical mill, also known as roller mill, is widely used in large-scale material grinding and ultra-fine grinding processing in cement chemical industry, coal, and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for grinding industry that integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading and transportation. Mineral slag micro powder is a kind of superfine obtained by grinding high furnace slag, which has ultra-high activity and is used as high-quality admixture for cement and concrete. It is a new type of green building. The vertical mill for mineral slag powder is a special equipment for grinding preparation of mineral slag powder.
The structure of the vertical mill mainly includes the following parts:
Grinding table: It consists of a guide ring, a wind ring a material retaining ring, a liner plate, a disk body, a scraper plate, and a lifting device, which together constitute the complete structure of the grinding table.
Inding roller: The roller sleeve of the grinding roller is a wear-resistant part, so it needs to have sufficient toughness and abrasion resistance to ensure its reliability during longterm use.
Air classifier: This is a key part in the vertical mill, mainly responsible for the separation of coarse and fine powder. The air classifier can be divided into, dynamic, and high-efficiency combined types, each with its unique working principle and application scenarios.
Pressure device: Usually, hydraulic devices and accumulators are used to the necessary pressure for the grinding table, thus ensuring the effective crushing of the material.
Monitoring device: It includes shaking arm monitoring and vibration monitoring, which is used to the working state of the vertical mill in real time to ensure its safe and stable operation.
Transmission device: It consists of an electric motor and a reducer, and responsible for driving the rotation of parts such as the grinding table and the air classifier.
Spray water system: It is mainly used to reduce the temperature of the material and the material layer, prevent the material from overheating or caking, and affect the crushing effect.
Coarse powder external circulation system: The coarse powder is returned to grinding table for re-crushing through the hoist, realizing the recycling of materials.
The whole system operates under full negative pressure, with reliable sealing, no dust overflow, clean environment, and finished product collection using bag-type dust collectors, with dust removal efficiency of up to 99.9%, higher than the latest national environmental protection standards; the limit device of the HLM grinding machine ensures that the grinding disc grinding roller do not contact during operation, with low vibration and low noise.
High grinding efficiency, low power consumption, 30%-50% electricity saved compared with ball mill, excellent roller disc structure, long grinding curve, large area; limit device prevents direct contact between grinding roller and grinding disc, less wear of grinding roller sleeve and liner plate; grinding roller sleeve can be used upside down, service life doubled; equipped with hydraulic loading system, grinding pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to the change of grindability, high yield and energy saving.
The full-automatic control system is adopted, which can realize remote control, simple and convenient; the limit device prevents the grinding roller and grinding disc from direct, and can start empty, without the need for material distribution before starting; the external independent thin oil lubrication station is convenient for oil change, the reducer and grinding roller bearings all forced thin oil lubrication, which lubricates and takes away a large amount of heat at the same time, and prolongs the service life of the reducer and grinding roller; the hydraulic maintenance device can easily turn the grinding roller out of the machine, and the grinding roller sleeve replacement and grinding roller maintenance are convenient and quick.
Since it integrates powder grinding, grading, drying, and transportation, the process flow is simple, the layout is compact, the land occupation is small, it can arranged outdoors, and the construction cost is reduced; it has a drying function, can pass hot air, and can dry powdery materials directly and multiple times in the mill, a set of drying equipment. By adjusting the temperature of hot air, it can meet the drying requirements of materials with different humidity, and can meet the drying requirements of materials with a humidity of 15%.
In the powder production process, the main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the speed reducer, and the hot air enters the vertical mill body the air inlet at the same time, and the material falls onto the center of the grinding disc through the feeding pipe. The grinding disc rotating at a constant speed evenly spreads andens the raw material with the help of centrifugal force to form a certain thickness of the material bed. The material is also squeezed and crushed by a plurality of grinding rolls on grinding disc. Driven by the centrifugal force, the material continuously moves towards the edge of the grinding disc. When the material leaving the grinding disc encounters the hot gas entering mill through the air ring and rises, it enters the separator through the middle shell of the mill. In this process, the material fully exchanges heat with the hot gas, and moisture is quickly evaporated. The finished particle size at the outlet of the roller mill is controlled by the powder selector, and the particles larger than the specified size are separated and fall to the grinding disc, and the material meeting the fineness requirement enters the dust collector through the powder selector, and the finished product after collection is sent to the finished product bin
