Since the material stays in the for a long time and is crushed and dried at the same time, large particles of material are dispersed in the hot air flow, the surface is dried and the particle size is continuously reduced, and small particles and powdery materials: suspended in the hot air flow, directly and fully contact with the hot air flow, large contact area, rapid heat exchange to it instantly dry.

Working principle

 


Coal is fed into the coal mill by the feeding device, and the hot air with the temperature of 300℃ also enters the feeding device the air inlet pipe, and the coal is lifted by the special lifting plate in the drying bin, so that the coal can be dried here by strong heat exchange, and the coal blocks after drying enter the double-layer partition plate with the lifting plate into the grinding bin. The grinding bin is equipped with grinding bodies (steel balls), and the coal are crushed and ground into coal powder in the grinding bin. While the coal blocks are crushed, the crushed coal powder and gas are brought out of the mill by a special induced draft through the discharge device of the air-swept coal mill, and the coarser particles will return to the grinding bin for re-grinding through the return spiral of the device.
