Drying and sweeping grinding technology can be simply said that the material is crushed and dried at the same time during the grinding process. At the same time, because of the high wind speed in the mill, the water vapor and fine powder produced during the drying and grinding process can be from the mill in time, which avoids the bad phenomena such as sticking, sticking and blocking, and reduces the chance of over-grinding and the formation of material pads, so grinding efficiency of the mill is very high. With the development of dry production in the cement industry, the technology of raw material drying and sweeping system has become more and more mature valued. On the basis of the original experience, the global heavy industry has invested in the research and production of new raw material drying and sweeping mill technology and equipment according to the grinding of small and medium-sized cement raw material mills. This technology and equipment have been widely used in the technological transformation of raw material mills with moisture content, no dryer or poor drying low production capacity. This product has a large production increase, electricity saving; compared with the use of dryers, it saves coal by forty to seventy percent, which is a for dryers, and the equipment technology is mature and reliable.

Working principle

Coal is fed into the coal mill by the feeding device, and the hot air with the temperature of 300℃ also enters the feeding device the air inlet pipe, and the coal is lifted by the special lifting plate in the drying bin, so that the coal can be dried here by strong heat exchange, and the coal blocks after drying enter the double-layer partition plate with the lifting plate into the grinding bin. The grinding bin is equipped with grinding bodies (steel balls), and the coal are crushed and ground into coal powder in the grinding bin. While the coal blocks are crushed, the crushed coal powder and gas are brought out of the mill by a special induced draft through the discharge device of the air-swept coal mill, and the coarser particles will return to the grinding bin for re-grinding through the return spiral of the device.
