The cyclone preheater is the core equipment of the new dry cement production technology. It completes the preheating and partial decomposition of the raw material by using suspension preheating method, which shortens the length of the rotary kiln and allows the raw material to be fully mixed with the hot air in the kiln, improving the exchange efficiency and thus achieving the purpose of improving the production efficiency of the entire kiln system and reducing the heat consumption of clinker burning.
The preheater system is generally composed of C1, C2, and C3 level cyclones from top to bottom. Under the action of the pressure airflow of the high-temperature fan, the airflow enters the C3, C2, and C1 level cyclones in turn from the decomposition furnace, and enters bag filter after the humidifying tower, with the outlet temperature and pressure of each level of preheater decreasing in turn. The passage from C3 to C1 level cyclones always unobstructed, while the raw material is fed into the C1 level cylinder and cannot automatically enter the lower level cylinder under the action of the turning plate valve of each cylinder due to the lack of ventilation under the action of gravity.
Due to the use of multi-level circulating suspension preheating method in the cyclone preheater, the production efficiency is improved.
Can make full use of the heat inside the kiln, reduce the heat consumption of clinker burning, and reduce the land occupation of burning equipment.
The whirlwind preheater has a reasonable structure, which reduces the use fault of the equipment, economical and durable, and can be said to have less investment and profit.
The preheating and partial decomposition of the raw material is completed by the suspension preheating method to shorten the length of the rotary kiln, and at the same, the raw material is fully mixed with the hot air flow in the kiln to improve the thermal exchange efficiency.
Taking advantage of the high-temperature airflow which rolls up in the kiln, the multi-stage circulating suspension preheating method is used to fully exchange between the raw material powder and the blistering airflow, to complete the suspension preheating and partial decomposition of the raw material, and to prepare for the raw material to be into the kiln for calcination.
