The vertical cyclone preheater system mainly consists of six parts:
 

1. Top feeding system: It mainly includes the topo, the discharge pipe. The discharge mode and structure can ensure that the feed is safely sealed into the preheater body, so that the cold air from the outside cannot enter preheater, and the feed can be continuously or intermittently fed by the bar valve.

2. The preheater body: It is an important part to ensure the material is preheated to about 900 degrees Celsius. It is composed of a preheating chamber, a suspension device, and a refractory brick liningthis item is not within the scope of equipment design and manufacturing). The structure of this part is mostly metal components, and some materials are made of heat-resistant steel according to. Heat-resistant steel can work at a high temperature of 1000~1100 degrees Celsius. In addition, the refractory brick lining structure designed to be novel and sealed, which can ensure that the material is evenly preheated in the preheater and reaches the preheating temperature.

3. The pushing: It mainly includes the pushing head, the frame and the connecting rod, etc. The pushing head is made of heat-resistant steel by casting or welding, which can withstand high. With the help of electric control and hydraulic system, each hydraulic push rod can be pushed in sequence according to the automatic control program.

4. Hydraulic system: It includes the oil tank, the oil pump, the motor, the solenoid valve, the hydraulic oil pipe, etc. Its main function is to control the pushing device and complete pushing action.

5. The lower feeding chamber: It mainly includes the chute, the main body of the feeding chamber, the feeding spout, etc. Its main is to introduce the preheated material into the rotary kiln for calcination.

6. The frame: It mainly includes the column and the ring beam, etc Its main function is to support the upper structure of the preheater.

Working principle

Taking advantage of the high-temperature airflow which rolls up in the kiln, the multi-stage circulating suspension preheating method is used to fully exchange between the raw material powder and the blistering airflow, to complete the suspension preheating and partial decomposition of the raw material, and to prepare for the raw material to be into the kiln for calcination.
