Working principle of PE-jaw crusher
The Electric Motor drives the belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, at this point, the crushed material is squeezed, rubbed, grinding and other multiple force and broken. When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw plate becomes smaller, and the distance between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate becomes larger under the action of the pull rod and the spring, the movable jaw moves back and forth periodically, and the material entering the crushing chamber is broken and discharged continuously to realize continuous production.
