BF series flotation machines are a type of mechanical agitation flotation equipment, an upgraded version of the SF type flotation machine, mainly for the selection of minerals with large specific gravity such as iron ore. The main features of the BF type flotation machine are that it maintains the advantages of the "A" type flotation machine, such as self-suction of air and pulp, without the need for step configuration, and the return of intermediate ore does not require a foam pump It has the characteristics of large air suction, low peripheral speed of the impeller, large clearance between the impeller and the cover plate, and light wear, and can be for the selection and processing of metal ores (gold ore, silver ore, molybdenum ore, etc.) and non-metallic ores (fluorspar quartz, limestone, etc.). The use of this type of flotation machine can facilitate the process layout, especially suitable for small and medium-sized benefic plants with complex processes and multiple selection sections.

The impeller is always in a dynamic state inside the machine, playing a role in clearing accumulated materials and debris, reducing the phenomenon of parts being damaged by debris enhancing the wear resistance, and shortening the replacement cycle.
Working principle of hammer crusher
The comminuted ore, mixed with water and the necessary reagents during or after grinding, is stirred in a conditioning tank to form a pulp, which then fed into a pulp tank that has begun to stir. Air is introduced into the pulp, causing it to form a large number of bubbles. Some mineral particles that are not easilyted by water, i.e., generally known as hydrophobic, adhere to the bubbles and float to the surface of the pulp with the bubbles, forming a mineralizedth layer. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water, i.e., generally known as hydrophilic, do not adhere to the bubbles and remain in the. The mineralized froth containing specific minerals is discharged, thus achieving the purpose of ore dressing.
