PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

The production line is composed of "jaw breaking mobile crushing station + Counter Breaking Mobile crushing station" . It is a combined mobile crushing vehicle. There are three kinds of discharging specifications (≤0.25 mm, 0.35-0.25 mm, 0.5-0.35 mm, 0.5 mm) , that is, all kinds of fine sand, fine sand, medium sand, coarse sand standards can be met, and finished products uniform granularity, fineness modulus adjustable, in line with each road, municipal, construction, water conservancy and other industrial construction sand.

1. Meet National Environmental Standards

The whole production line of the project adopts dry processing technology and is equipped with a dust pollution processor in the process. The pollution problems during the production process are under control and far below the national emission standards, and has the specialized engineer to carry on one-to-one complete set of process design, has strictly complied with the National Environmental Protection Discharge Standard Implementation;

After the professional analysis of the raw materials required by the customers, the project adopts a scientific and reasonable flow scheme to produce the finished products with stable performance, which can produce the graded and fineness modulus in line with the national standard of Sand and aggregate

The process uses two mobile crushers of different configurations, one mobile crushers equipped with jaw crushers for coarse crushing, and the other mobile crushers equipped with counter-cracking for fine crushing, which meets the customer's production requirements, at the same time, it can guarantee the product grain type. After the project is completed, the production scale can reach 600,000 tons per year
