River cobble sand making technology: After River Cobble is mined out from the river, it needs to be broken first and then made into sand. The large river cobble is uniformly sent to the JAW crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The JAW crusher has large feeding port and strong crushing capacity, it is very suitable for coarse crushed ore in sand and stone production line. After the coarse broken jaw, the river pebbles also need to be broken twice. The hardness of the river pebbles is higher, and the effect of fine crushing in cone crusher is better. The Hvi sand-making machine is a technical upgrade of the sand-making equipment, sand-making efficiency is high, the output of fine grain. The sand made by 5X sand-making machine is slightly different in size. After circular vibrating screen screening, the sand made by coarse and fine machine is separated.
