The pulse bag filter is widely used in the dust removal system of various industries, such as building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, refractory materials. It is especially suitable for the dust collection system of cement plants, including crushing, packaging, silo top, clinker cooling machine, and various mills. addition, the air chamber pulse bag filter integrates the advantages of various types of dust collectors, such as partition back blowing and pulse jet blowing. It overcomes the lack of dynamic intensity partition back blowing and the simultaneous filtration and dust removal, thus increasing the adaptability of the bag filter and improving the dust removal efficiency.
The dust removal efficiency of the pulse bag filter can reach above 99.9, and the dust emission can be controlled below 30mg/Nm; and it can handle high concentration dust below 100g/Nm3.
During operation, dusty gas enters the ash bin through the air inlet duct, coarse dust particles fall directly to the bottom of the ash bin, fine dust are deflected upward with the gas flow and enter the middle and lower boxes, and dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. After filtration, the gas enters the box and then enters the clean air collection pipe - exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust removal process is to first cut off the air outlet of the clean air of the room, so that the filter bags in the room are in a state of no air flow (stopping the air in the room for dust removal) Then the pulse valve is opened to pulse the compressed air for dust removal, and the closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust removed from the filter falls into the ash bin after the jet, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust adheres to the surface of the adjacent filter bag after falling off the surface of the filter bag, so the filter bag is thoroughly cleaned, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are automatically controlled by the programmable pulse control instrument.
