The crawler mobile screening station usually consists of the following parts:

1. Screening mechanism: This is the core part of the screening station. It usually adopts a multi-layer screen structure. Screens of different specifications can be selected according to needs to achieve grading and screening of materials.

2. Crawler traveling mechanism: This is the mobile part of the screening station. It is composed of driving wheels, driven wheels, crawlers, etc., which can enable the screening station to move flexibly in various terrains and environments.

3. Power system: including engine, reducer and transmission device, etc., to provide power for the screening station to enable it to operate normally.

4. Control system: The screening station can be remotely controlled and operated to achieve automation and intelligent control.

Working Principle

The mixed material (i.e. the output of the crushing car) enters the upper layer of the vibrating screen through the main feeding belt. After screening, it forms aggregate levels of different particle sizes, and is transported to the material piles of different particle sizes through the finished product belt. In the finished product pile, the upper layer of the vibrating screen contains materials with large particle sizes that do not meet the requirements. They are returned to the TAF crushing vehicle through the return belt and the TAF crushing vehicle for secondary crushing. If not used in conjunction with the crushing vehicle, it can directly form a material pile.
